Dr Alexandra Livarda, assisted by Masters student Marina Daniel, visited the 5th grade of the Barcelona primary school ‘Tres Fonts de les Corts’ on Thursday 3rd of April to help with the development of their videogame! The school participates in the programme run by the Department of Research and Universities of the Generalitat of Catalonia and is working with our archaeobotanists to develop a videogame inspired by the research of Dr Livarda. Alexandra and Marina worked with this amazing group of students and their two teachers, Silvia Prada and Cristina Cabrera, providing information and scientific advice. The students have already done some fantastic drawings and they have been developing the characters and the tests they have to pass for the game. The whole team had a lot of fun, they were full of ideas, and they cannot wait to share them with the CientifiKs en joc committee!
