Lídia Colominas participated last week in the “XV Seminario Internacional de Mosaicos Romanos. Una experiencia paleogastronómica en el mundo romano” (https://www.uc3m.es/instituto-cultura-tecnologia/XV-Seminario-Internacional-Mosaicos-Romanos), that took place in the Carlos III University (Getafe, Spain) the 10th and 11st of December.
The seminar, organized by Dra. Luz Neira and Dr. Noé Conejo, provided an excellent forum to share results, concerns and ideas about Roman gastronomy in a broad sense, through the study of mosaics, paintings, ceramics and also bioarchaeological remains.
Lídia Colominas presented a talk entitled: La visión de la Arqueozoología en la reconstrucción de la experiencia gastronómica romana.
